Returns

Please create your return through our return portal here.

You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

You are responsible for the return shipment, and you are liable if the item is damaged during transport.

Please note: You may lose part or all of your refund if the item has been diminished in value due to incorrect or unnecessary use. The right of withdrawal lapses, for example, if the item has been used, damaged while in your possession, or handled beyond what is necessary to determine its nature and quality.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For example, if you paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the same card.

Complaints

Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, which includes defects in manufacturing and materials discovered during normal use of the product. This means that, as a consumer, you have a 2-year right to make a complaint.
