Returns

Please create your return through our return portal here.

You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please note: You may lose part or all of your refund if the item has been diminished in value due to incorrect or unnecessary use. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For example, if you paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the same card.
