These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods on www.rethinkit-studios.com for delivery in Denmark and worldwide.

Order and payment
www.rethinkit-studios.com is open 24/7, except if closed due to maintenance work. Purchases can only be made when the webshop is open.

In order to shop at www.rethinkit-studios.com you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid credit/debit card accepted by us. If you are under 18 years old, then you may only use the Services with your parent or guardian's permission. 

When placing an order, select the items you want to buy and click "Add to cart". You can amend and check the contents of your shopping cart right up until you place your order. Additional payments including shipping and credit/debit card charges will first be calculated once you are ready to place your order.

When you are ready to place your order, click on "Check out". On the next page, you will be asked to enter your name, email address, telephone number, shipping address, payment method and select your shipping method. You can change the contents of your shopping cart right up until you confirm your purchase by clicking on "Complete order".

You can pay for items on www.rethinkit-studios.com using the following payment methods:

Credit card charges on all online orders are covered by us.

Acknowledgement of Order confirmation
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an automatic email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. However, this acknowledgement does not mean that we have accepted your offer and we reserve the right to decline your offer. If we accept your offer, we will send you an order confirmation email that confirms the item(s) have been dispatched. The Contract between you and us will only be entered once you have received the Order Confirmation email. 

Delivery charges will be applied in addition to the prices of the items you are purchasing. The amount of the delivery charge will vary depending on the country you would like to ship to.

International orders
All international orders are delivered with a registered postal service, GLS. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your track & trace number.

Delivery time is typically 2-5 business days and €10 regardless of order amount.

NOTE: We reserve the right to cancel an order if delivery charges to remote areas exceed a certain amount.

Non-EU customers: Please be aware that your country of residence may apply local charges (import duties, customs and taxes) to your order. These charges are at the customer’s own expense. Since these charges are not calculated or applied to orders by Rethinkit, please contact your local customs office for further information if you are unsure of the charges.

30 day Return Policy
If you wish to return any item purchased on www.rethinkit-studios.com, you can return them to us for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. If the 30 days expire on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following business day. In cases where multiple goods are purchased in one order but delivered separately, goods can be returned within 60 days of receiving the last delivery.  

IMPORTANT: Sales items must be returned within 14 days.

When returning goods, please ensure that they are securely wrapped and wherever possible, please return the items in their original packaging. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to items that occur before they are returned to us, including if they are lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we recommend you obtain a proof of postage receipt and tracking number when returning goods to us. You will also be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please write in big letters "RETURN PARCEL" on the outside of your parcel.
We do not accept packages sent C.O.D. (cash on delivery)

Proof of purchase
When returning an order, you must enclose a copy of the order confirmation, invoice or other proof of purchase. Please also attach a completed return form to facilitate processing.

Items should be returned in a resalable condition in order to receive a full refund. Once we have received the returned goods, they will be inspected and you will be refunded the price you purchased your items at including the original delivery fee. Refunds will be made to the original payment method e.g. credit card refunds will be made to the original card of purchase. 

We are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the good if this has been caused by your handling, including:

  • Returned items have been used 
  • Items have been damaged while you were responsible for it
  • You have not taken reasonable care of the items so that they are not in a resalable condition

    Right to Cancel (EU Customers only)
    In addition to our returns policy, if you are a customer in the European Union and regret your purchase, you have the right to cancel your contract with us and claim a refund within 14 calendar days from the day after the date you received your order. In the case of split deliveries for multiple goods in one order, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which the consumer received the last of the goods.

    You must take reasonable care of the items. Whilst you may inspect the items and try them on when they are in your possession, they must be returned in a resalable condition.

    To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your wish to cancel by email within 14 days of receiving your order. You will also be responsible for returning the items to us including the return shipping costs. You should return the items in their original packaging wherever possible and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to cancel. We will reimburse you the purchase price and original delivery charge to the original payment method used. Please note that we preserve the right to reduce the refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the items.

    All purchases on www.rethinkit-studios.com have a warranty period of 24 months. If the product you have purchased with us is found defective during the warranty period, you reserve the right to have your faulty good partially or fully refunded, repaired or replaced, contingent on the circumstance. Please note that this warranty does not cover products damaged as a result of wear and tear, inappropriate use or other damaging conduct.

    Complaints & Returning Faulty Goods
    If you have a complaint regarding a faulty good, please contact us at hello@rethinkit-studios.com. You must lodge your complaint within a "reasonable time" of discovering the defect. Any notice given within a period of two months after you have discovered the defect is deemed a timely notice.

    In addition, you must return the faulty good to us within a reasonable time of sending the complaint, including details of the defect using our returns form to facilitate processing of your complaint.

    If your complaint is legitimate and you have received a defective product, Rethinkit will reimburse your return shipping costs. If the fault does not fall within Rethinkit's warranty, you will bear all responsibility for shipping including our costs for returning the item back to you after inspection.

    In the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve your complaint, and you are still not satisfied following the conclusion of our complaints handling procedure, you may be able to lodge your complaint on the EU Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

    We also collect information about the items you have bought for the past 5 years, see The Danish Bookkeeping Act § 10, after which point the data will be deleted. We would like to point out that your personal and order information will not be deleted if you have set-up a profile with us, unless you explicitly ask us to do so. 

    Rethinkit does not sell, share or disclose your personal information to any third parties, except in the event of a restructuring, a full or partial sale of the company or otherwise as required by law. In all circumstances, we would work closely with these third parties to ensure your privacy is respected and protected.

    As a customer, you have the right to access information held about you. You also have the right to ask us not to process your personal data and any inquiries regarding this should be directed to OffSpring via hello@rethinkit-studios.com

    By entering www.rethinkit-studios.com, you are accepting and consenting to the use of cookies on the website. A cookie is a small data file that we store on your web browser to keep track of what happens during your visit, distinguish you from other users on the website and personalize your online experience.

    Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    The use and purchase of goods on www.rethinkit-studios.com will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. In the event of any dispute associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

    Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.
